Northern Focus is an independent look at where to go, what to see and what to do in and around Ulster. It’s about giving you the information you need to get out and enjoy the great outdoors. We aren’t telling you what to do though, just saying “here’s some cool stuff you might like”. If we suggest a route for example, then it’s a route that we have done ourselves and we are suggesting real things to do and see along the way … or great pubs to stop off for refreshment at the end. The advantage of our independence is that we don’t have an agenda to push other than giving you personal recommendations that we think will be of interest to you. It doesn’t matter to us that a route starts at a certain point – if it works for you then great, go for it! But if it doesn’t work then why not change it? This isn’t about ticking off routes, peaks or places, it’s about getting out there and enjoying it all.
